Why not ask them why? And what time do you switch your screen off at night? I guess there are quite a few insomniacs still at work while the rest of the nation slumbers on.
But surely you know by now that computers are hamster-driven. The EU Working Time Directive applies to everyone, including those tired, unpraised and under acknowledged hamsters.
