David Taylor reported to Welsh Standards watchdog

Bless his little cotton socks. It looks like David Taylor, apparently a former employee in the Labour Rapid Rebuttal Unit, and currently a researcher in the Welsh Assembly for Leighton Andrews AM, is being reported to the Welsh Assembly Standards Commissioner for his many little games. I'm not particularly sure whether that means alot as he's not actually an Assembly Member, but I imagine his boss won't be very pleased with him if it's true.
