Ed Balls to get Prescotts seat?

According to This Is Hull, Gordon Brown's right-hand man, Ed Ball's is being lined up for Prescott's Hull East seat. As some might know, Ed Ball's is losing his Normanton seat due to boundary changes so he's in need of finding a safe seat. Such a move makes sense, and let's not forget that Gordon has no balls without Ed.
