that is a suction device. So the answer is yes.
I suppose being a Vacuum Duck is career progression from being a Toilet Duck.
Stupid of me to ask, if it can blow it can suck just reverse the motor.
I only asked as I once saw a "give yourself a blow job" machine in a sex shop, this thing came with an in car jackplug (presumably hands free) just like a mobile phone.
I think we could be onto something here, surely the world is crying out for a device that allows a gentleman to manipulate a mouse and keyboard whilst exploring certain adult themed sites and still experience pleasure without the normal ridiculous juggling?
