Spotted on the District Line yesterday a gentleman with one of those record style satchel bags, with a stamp which said "Efficiency in the Public Services Conference" on it. Free bags? A shining example of efficiency in the public services huh?

Was this conference free then? Or a feeding frenzy with premium prices for PFI-ers and assorted multi national Oligarchs? Was the bag free or at no extra charge? Have googled for this event and the fees involved but have yet to turn it up. Possibly connected with the Cabinet Office Review on the same subject?
Don't you have a phone cam?

Guido, yes I have a phone cam, but I do, sadly, have shame.
I bitterly regret not moving fast enough to secure a photo of a woman with an 'Office of the Deputy Prime Minister' shoulder bag. I had to admire her shamelessness
You misread, it says "Harem of the Old Labour Guy with the Negatives.
