Why won't you reply to my letter?

Angry with someone for not replying to your letter? Simple if you're an MP. Table a motion about it and hopefully embarass them into replying.

That this House is concerned about the competence of the Government's Commission on Integration and Cohesion, whose Chair, Mr. Darra Singh, has still not replied to the letter from the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for UK Sikhs dated 22nd September 2006, despite several reminders.
A little bit more money down the drain.

The Rt Hon Gerald Kaufman (just a bit old school) continuously uses written questions for this very purpose. Sometimes half a dozen at a time. The letters get answered.
