I thought that was for a film or something - can you imagine what it'd be like if our government advertising was like that?!?
Compelling evidence for the fact that the landings were faked can be found here.
All NASA projects have to spend some percentage of their budget on 'informing the public'. A few percent of the cost of going back to the Moon is probably enough for a few feature films, not just some small ads.
That video was created to get the juices flowing in the politicians, surely. They will only give budget to the project if it gives them a hard-on. Or God tells them to.
