There's an interesting post over on Mike Rouse's blog. Reliable sources suggest that Labour MPs in the Midlands have mysteriously started leafleting and campaigning. Is it just a summer push during Recess or a signal that an October General election is on the way?
If there is an October general election coming, then we're going to have to listen to conference speechs in Spetember with timeless soundbites like David Steel's infamous "go back to your constituencies, and prepare for government". Should be fun!
