MEP witnesses death on the Eurostar?

Interesting post by Trixy. There appears to have been an accident on the Eurostar on the Brussels to London link resulting in body parts flying. Trixy says

"A trespasser on the track was hit by the high speed train and the MEP who informed me said he saw an arm flying past his window as the train jolted and shuddered."
I'm not going to make the joke, it would be the height of poor taste.

Chicken. Alright then I'll make it... "It's now clear that the EU really does cost us an arm and a leg!"

Bit harsh Verity, you don't know it was a asylum seeker. It might have been an EU official.

WW - V good!

Dizzy - You are right. I had not thought of an EU official. Probably had a long lunch on board the train and was legless.

I wish I didn't have to do these night shifts. I miss out on all the harmless joke opportunities.

Could have said something about Shane Greer single-handedly improving Iain Dale's blog.
