Ken Livingstone has just said that the Olympics bid was a 'con trick' in order to get the Government to invest in London. But he never lies.... oh no! He claims the Olympics will cost £7.5bn plus £0.5bn for security 'that is certain' says Livingstone. Do you believe him?
