Number crunching

Given the news that a significant sum of benefit fraud committed in the UK is done by people in prison (£3m a year), and that fewer than 7,500 out of 200,000 benefits cheats went to court last year, I found it particularly amusing to read that the DWP spends just over £6m a year on its "No ifs. No buts" campaign to tackle beneift fraud.

How the hell do they manage to commit benefit fraud in prison, do they take they out when its their turn to sign on?
Or do the very nice DHSS have a mobile benefit office visiting all the prisons!
