Of course thats conveniently ignoring that the CESG guidlines tell you that you must encrypt personal data before sending it.

Then the Home Office and the Cabinet Office are irresponsible, stupid fuckwits.

When you can buy a memory stick for a tenner that includes encryption software (weak, I know) this is just pathetic.
