No, it is selling to mice...
Sadly it would seem to stand for "Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions".
But which top hotel is infested with mice that it needs a sales manager at £37k pa!! What is the market for mice?? Maybe sold to competing restaurants!
Presumably as sales manager you end up brown nosing some big cheeses?
Private Eye ran one of their post-in mistaken clippings ads which was for 'MICE' once...
It was an ad for Members of the Institution of Chrtered Engineers.
I though Lord Gnome was funnier!
