But on the positive side, they don't cast any shadows apparently
See I actually wondered about that I reckon they do. The problem is the sun is in front of them
hence they are little.

Naah. Look at the angle of the shadows on the banners. There's no way you'd see the - er - shrubs' shadows. (And try saying "see the shrubs' shadows" after a few pints). Doesn't mean it definitely isn't a 'shop, but the shadows work, I reckon.
