However, if you had clicked on the links instead of trying to be clever the announcement was the actual detail of the consultation starting, not that they planed it. That announcement <I>was</I> made <A HREF="http://www.gnn.gov.uk/Content/Detail.asp?ReleaseID=312860&NewsAreaID=2" REL="nofollow">last Friday</A>.
